The realisation of this concept came with the opening in December 1998 of Kingfisher House - a high-spec. office unit whose 680 sq.metres of quality space was rapidly let to a total of six tenants. This "nest" of companies have a degree of synergy, being in the main, knowledge-based organisations. Outline planning permission has been granted for further similar developments which can be built for rent or sale, to suit our customers' specific requirements. At present we are working on the design for our next building, and hope to embark upon construction in the not too distant future. Once again, this will provide units in the range 40 - 160 sq.metres and the offices, which will be fully carpeted, will include categorized lighting and shared tea-prep facilities.
