Iain Hall - Contracts Director
Iain has been a member of the Hatrick-Bruce team for most of the past fifteen years. He is in his element working with heavy machinery and concrete, particularly on "tricky" civils projects.

Mark Duncan - Electrical Manager
We are delighted that Mark has accepted the challenge of managing our expanding electrical division. His progress has been spectacular, with projects of bigger and more technically challenging nature being regularly completed to the delight of our many clients. Our photo section shows the recently completed Kinross Parish Church, where Mark’s team installed an impressive array of lights manufactured by LUXO. The manufacturer of the lights is bringing people to view the installation and will use photos of it in his publicity material!

Tom Cotter - Senior Site Agent
Tom is our longest serving member of staff, having joined Hatrick-Bruce when the company was formed back in 1975. His family have been closely involved with the company for many years, with three generations of Cotters having worked with us in various capacities. Tom has worked on all our major projects in a supervisory role, including a multi-million pound project for Shell Exxon at Mossmorran. He has an enviable reputation as a stickler for detail, and woe betide anyone who dares to leave one of his sites untidy!

Ron Mutch - Site Agent
Ron re-joined the Company in a senior position in 2001 having been away for some years.

Ron was originally a machine operator, but has run his own ground works company for a number of years, specialising in roads, drainage, foundations and industrial works. He is a great motivator and a manager who leads from the front. He still retains his CITB machine operators tickets.
He has recently completed a major structural and architectural refurbishment of a major Church in Perth to form the new headquarters of the Perthshire and Kinross-shire Blind Society, constructed a Skatepark in Cupar, and been involved in the reservoir refurbishment at Crombie.
In his spare time he restores classic Honda motorcycles.

Brad Page - Site Supervisor
Brad has been with us since 1986, with most of the last 10 years in various supervisory roles. He has recently accepted the post of Senior Site Agent and has successfully completed his first two contracts in his new position.
Brad’s spare time is usually spent between taking son Cameron out quad biking or attempting to catch an elusive pike at various lochs around Scotland, but more often than not the Monday morning conversation is about the one that got away!

David Carruthers - Mechanical Services Manager
Since joining the Company in late 2006 to head the Mechanical Services Division, Dave has impressed both ourselves and Clients with his forthright hands-on approach. Having previously worked with various contractors in the Fife Area, Dave accepted the challenge to head our newest division, thus taking his first tentative steps into management. Now almost a full year later you could assume that he has been doing it for years. Dave and his team have recently completed their first ground source heat pump installation for Scottish Natural Heritage and are actively involved in the new installations at Parkhead Primary School and GRS Estates direct for Hatrick-Bruce Ltd as well as outside projects for The Purvis Group.

Gary McHardy - Site Supervisor
Our newest recruit to the Site Management Team. Having gained varied experience with local civils contractors, Gary joined the team in early 2007. Having started on site at the Diageo project in Leven, Gary took up the reins on his first supervisory project at Parkhead Primary School, West Calder for West Lothian Council. The project consist of the construction of around 250M2 of nursery/covered play area space and major re-organisation of the existing M&E installation within the school buildings. Given the poor ground conditions and the usual Scottish summer, Gary has taken to this new challenge like a duck to water, so to speak!
